Welcome to Keystone Worldwide Academy. By enrolling in our programs or using our website, you agree to comply with the following policies, terms, and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a professional, transparent, and rewarding learning experience for every student.

1. Enrollment & Admission Policy

  • Students must be 16 years of age or older to enroll in the program.

  • Admission is provisionally confirmed upon payment of the ₹5,000 Registration Fee, which also serves as the Seat Reservation Fee.

  • Final admission is confirmed only after the remaining program fee has been paid within the specified timeline.

  • Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

  • Keystone Worldwide Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

2. Program Fees & Payment Terms

Standard Program Fee: ₹40,000

Founding Batch Benefits

  • Founding Batch Scholarship: ₹10,000

  • Early Bird Discount: ₹5,000

Final Program Fee: ₹25,000

Payment Schedule

  • ₹5,000 Registration & Seat Reservation Fee (Non-Refundable)

  • Remaining ₹20,000 must be paid at least 10 days before the commencement of classes.

Failure to complete the payment within the specified timeline may result in cancellation of the reserved seat.

3. Scholarship & Promotional Offers

Keystone Worldwide Academy may offer scholarships and promotional discounts from time to time.

Founding Batch Scholarship

Eligible students may receive a ₹10,000 scholarship on the standard program fee.

Early Bird Discount

Eligible students may receive an additional ₹5,000 discount during the Early Bird offer period.

Scholarship Test

Students may choose to appear for the Keystone Worldwide Academy Scholarship Test, through which scholarships of up to 50% of the standard course fee (₹40,000) may be awarded.

Only one scholarship or promotional offer may be applied at a time unless explicitly approved by Keystone Worldwide Academy.

Scholarships and promotional offers are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-exchangeable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Subject to eligibility and seat availability

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration Fee

The ₹5,000 Registration & Seat Reservation Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Remaining Program Fee

If a student cancels enrollment:

  • 10 or more days before the batch commencement date:

    • 60% of the remaining paid amount will be refunded.

  • Less than 10 days before the batch commencement date:

    • 30% of the remaining paid amount will be refunded.

  • After the first live class has commenced:

    • No refund shall be provided.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period through the original payment method.

5. Batch Transfer Policy

Students may request a transfer to another batch if they are unable to continue with their current batch.

Batch transfers:

  • Are subject to seat availability.

  • Must be approved by Keystone Worldwide Academy.

  • May not always be possible depending on upcoming batch schedules.

6. Attendance & Live Classes Policy

Live participation is an important part of the learning experience.

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain at least 80% attendance.

  • Attend classes punctually.

  • Participate actively during live sessions.

  • Complete weekly assignments on time.

Failure to maintain the required attendance may affect eligibility for certificates.

7. Session Recording Policy

Our programs are designed to encourage active participation through live learning.

Session recordings are not automatically provided.

Recordings may be shared only in genuine and unavoidable circumstances, such as:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Family emergencies

  • Other valid reasons approved by the academy

Recording access:

  • Is granted solely at the academy's discretion.

  • Is available for online viewing only.

  • Cannot be downloaded, copied, or redistributed.

8. Assessments, Internship & Certificate Policy

Students must successfully complete the following to become eligible for certificates:

  • Minimum 80% attendance

  • Weekly assignments

  • Practical projects

  • Guided internship requirements

  • Final assessment

Upon successful completion, students will receive:

  • AI-Powered Digital Marketing Certificate

  • Guided Internship Certificate

Keystone Worldwide Academy reserves the right to withhold certificates if a student:

  • Fails to complete required projects.

  • Does not complete assessments.

  • Violates academy rules or policies.

  • Engages in academic misconduct.

9. Career Support Policy

The academy provides career development support including:

  • Resume Building

  • LinkedIn Profile Optimization

  • Interview Preparation

  • Career Guidance

  • Portfolio Development

Career support is intended to prepare students for professional opportunities.

However:

  • Keystone Worldwide Academy does not provide placement assistance.

  • Keystone Worldwide Academy does not guarantee employment, internships, salary packages, freelance projects, clients, or business success.

Employment opportunities depend on individual performance, skills, interview performance, and employer requirements.

10. Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Abusive or offensive language

  • Harassment of instructors or fellow students

  • Disrupting live sessions

  • Academic dishonesty

  • Sharing confidential learning materials

Keystone Worldwide Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student's access without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

11. Learning Resources & Intellectual Property

All learning materials provided by Keystone Worldwide Academy remain the intellectual property of the academy.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Presentations

  • PDFs

  • Templates

  • AI Prompt Library

  • Worksheets

  • Assignments

  • Checklists

  • Design Resources

Students may use these resources only for personal learning purposes.

Students may not:

  • Re-sell course content

  • Upload recordings publicly

  • Share videos or PDFs

  • Redistribute templates

  • Share the AI Prompt Library

  • Copy assignments for commercial purposes

  • Reproduce any academy material without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in termination of access and legal action where applicable.

12. Privacy Policy

Keystone Worldwide Academy respects your privacy.

We collect only:

  • Name

  • Email Address

  • Mobile Number

Your personal information is used for:

  • Admission processing

16. Student Projects & Testimonials

Keystone Worldwide Academy may showcase student projects, testimonials, success stories, or portfolio work for educational and promotional purposes.

Students who do not wish to have their work displayed publicly may submit a written request to the academy.

17. Force Majeure

Keystone Worldwide Academy shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellation of classes due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet outages

  • Technical failures

  • Medical emergencies

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, alternative arrangements will be made.

18. Disclaimer

Our programs are designed to provide practical digital marketing education.

While we strive to offer high-quality training and career guidance:

  • Results vary based on individual effort and commitment.

  • Completion of the program does not guarantee employment.

  • Completion of the program does not guarantee business growth.

  • Completion of the program does not guarantee search engine rankings or marketing results.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These policies shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from enrollment, payments, or participation in Keystone Worldwide Academy programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
